About the Role Join our vibrant team as a Corporate Administration Officer, where your adaptability and customer focus will shine! This part-time, permanent role is designed for flexibility, offering a job share arrangement with hours from Wednesday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, Working with Vulnerable People registration, current National Police Check, and a current driver’s license. The right person will have:
Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Demonstrated ability to communicate (both verbal and written) and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality.
Computer literacy, particularly the Microsoft suite of products.
Ability to maintain accurate relevant records.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team (self-motivated).
