We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on developing new business opportunities to expand our services; as part of the community and client-facing team you will be instrumental in driving growth and enhancing the lives of many.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Allied Health Professionals, Support Coordinators, Mental Health Units and other key stakeholders
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our services, value proposition, and target market
Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the NDIS and relevant funding models
Collaborate with the Marketing team to assist in sales and promotional activity

About you:

Proven experience in Business Development/Operations Management role ideally in the healthcare sector
Knowledge of the NDIS Scheme and Disability Services
Hunger to identify and pursue new business opportunities whilst changing lives
Excellent verbal and written communication
Valid Drivers License with your own vehicle
