ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, the Operations Manager will oversee operations ensuring the seamless provision of high-quality services and achieving key performance indicators. These include financial performance, client & participant satisfaction and engagement, quality, compliance and risk along with workforce management. It’s busy and rewarding! Develop strategies for quality improvement and participant engagement.
Create and maintain a high-performing team culture that promotes diversity and acceptance.
Play a crucial part in workforce modelling, identifying efficiencies in frontline service delivery, and proposing transformative operational initiatives.
Act as a liaison between the Head of Service Delivery and Service Leaders to facilitate open communication channels.
Manage site budgets to ensure profitability, in partnership with Finance.

Bachelor Degree qualified, preferably in Social Work Community Services or Business or extensive senior management experience within the disability sector.
Minimum 2 years managing and developing team at a senior level.
Be laser focused on solutions with a keen eye for growth and development.
Have deep knowledge and experience of working within the NDIS.
Proven ability to influence decisions, lead change, and identify solutions for complex issues.
Working with Children's Check and NDIS Workers Screening clearance.
