About the role The Case Worker is responsible for providing outreach strengths-based case management, mentoring, advocacy, parent education and practical support in order for the program to meet its objectives. This position has a particular focus on implementing and facilitating program activities and experiences within the Alice Springs programs to support families, and particularly the wellbeing of children. What we are looking for
Relevant qualifications in Social Services with substantial experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience providing support to women impacted by domestic and family violence
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and support services to support participant’s needs
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to engage and empower others.
Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people
