The Opportunity:
Newcastle Anglican are seeking Care Assistants at our Aged Care facilities in Taree. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care homes.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and energetic individuals looking to gain further experience in a great team environment. You will have the opportunity to make every moment matters by bringing respect, compassion, integrity and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents and consumers.
A mix of permanent and casual vacancies are available to work across both Storm Village and Bishop Tyrrell Place.

Role & Responsibilities:
Actively promote Anglican Care’s positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
Consistent delivery of person centered care to residents in our facilities
Observe confidentiality matters at all times associated with documentation and communications
Abide by Aged Care Standards
Work as an effective team member
About you?
Minimum of Certificate 111 in Individual Support
Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to accurately document residents care/progress
