Mac Tech Build are recruiting a full time Business Services Manager to fill a permanent role. The role will include leading, managing, resource management, development of financial and administrative services, financial planning and cashflow management and preparation of procedural statements, guidelines, policies and practices. Responsibilities: · Analysing complex resource management issues and initiatives that affect the organisation, and preparing associated reports, correspondence and submissions. · Developing and managing the organisation's administrative, financial, physical and staff resources incl Contractors. · Providing information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets. · Manage site to run on schedule and within budget. · Reporting to management on key events. · Obtaining quotes and finding the right contractors for the job. · Organising trades and materials to be on time to create a positive effect on timelines. · Implementing and adhering to a safe work environment. Candidate requirements: · Bachelors degree in a related field preferred. · Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. · High level of attention to detail and organisational skills. · Excellent communication, problem and interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team and alone. · Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
