Business Associate

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Associate (Freelancer) in Australian Market.
Overview of Job Responsibility:
As a Business Associate, you will play a vital role in expanding our business network, engaging, and managing networks in the Queensland region. Your primary responsibilities are as mentioned in annexure 1:
Annexure1:

Agent Onboarding: Identifying and onboarding new agents for Money Gram and PFGPAY pay in the designated territory.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective agents and merchants, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions in close coordination with PFG Money team.
Territorial Expansion: Identify and recommend potential applicants in other territories to assist in establishing and expanding the business within their local markets.
Regular Agent Visits: Conduct regular visits to agent locations in equal intervals of time to analyse their performance, address any issues or concerns, and provide support and guidance as needed. These visits will ensure that they have the necessary resources to succeed.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Previous experience in Fin Serv/ remittance industry will be highly accepted.
· Demonstrated success in sales or business development roles, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
· Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
· Willingness to travel within the designated territory and occasionally to other regions as needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Subcontract, Freelance, Contract, Internship, Graduate
Pay: $10,000.00 – $10,001.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
