Rentokil Initial has an exciting opportunity for an organised Business Administration Support person to use their well-developed administrative skills to assist the team based in any of our office locations, Albury, Cowra, Batemans Bay and Canberra on a full-time basis.

The key responsibility of this position is to provide full administrative support including:

First point of customer contact for general enquiries - via phone and website
Answering and directing incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
Assisting with the compilation and generation of regular reports
Providing support to all clients
Ensure tasks are processed in an accurate and timely manner
Responsible for keeping inventory of internal and external office supplies replenished
Provide additional administrative support for other areas of the business as requested by line manager
Loading of Pre-construction Termite Protection jobs
Planning Technicians to install Pre Construction Termite Protection
Quoting of Pre Construction Termite Protection
Producing and issuing Pre Construction Termite Protection installation certificates & warranties documents

The ideal candidate will possess:

Valid Australian working rights and residing in Australia (essential)
Previous administrative experience (essential)
Availability to work full-time (essential)
Experience in the construction and pest control industries is valued but not essential
Strong communication and Customer Service skills (written and verbal)
Adhere to business procedures
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business and clientele
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate across multiple databases
Exceptional attention to detail
Data entry accuracy
Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a pressured environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality

The successful candidate must be able to undergo a pre-employment medical, police, and reference checks.
