We’re on the lookout for experienced and dedicated baristas/front of house to join seashells coffee bar in our new bigger space!
About you, have a genuine passion for the industry, with a willingness to learn and grow, strong work ethic, self motivated with a positive attitude, happy/bubbly personality and of course previous experience in a fast paced venue making coffee is essential.
We're open 7 days a week so need someone who is available to work morning shifts, early afternoon closing shifts & weekend availability is a definite.
Key roles:
- Minimum 1-4 years barista experience
- Being able to work well in a team environment is a must!
- Time management skills
- Multitasking
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Work well under pressure
- Cash handling
- Use of square POS system
- Fantastic & consistent customer service is a must
- Cleaning duties (cleaning and ensuring the store remains at the highest level of hygiene)
- Opening and closing procedures of cafe
- Must be available Weekends
We’re really looking for the right person that will blend into what we have created here at Seashells and are able to provide consistent great tasting coffees everyday and provide service with a smile and of course, happy vibes! Latte art skills would be a bonus!
Casual positions available and your availability will need to be provided.

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
