Under the Strata Manager's guidance, provide administrative support to the Strata Management team in a safe, professional, and timely manner, and offer strata management services to a select portfolio of owners' corporations. Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs is essential. Roles and Responsibilities: - Assist in the management of strata complexes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. - Deliver outstanding customer service and support to owners and tenants. - Perform administrative duties as directed or mandated by legislation. - Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance issues. - Facilitate the organization of meetings, inspections, and site visits. - Aid in budgeting, preparing financial statements, and collecting levies. - Maintain accurate records and manage documentation effectively. - Address owner queries and resolve concerns swiftly. About You: - Proficient in communication and interpersonal relations, both written and verbal. - Keen attention to detail with superior organizational skills. - Capable of managing time efficiently and prioritizing tasks effectively. - Motivated and keen to acquire new skills. - Collaborative and proactive in a team setting. - Previous experience in strata management is not necessary, but experience in real estate, customer service, or administration is beneficial. - Possession of a current driver's license is advantageous. - Confident in asking questions and open to giving and receiving feedback.
