We are looking to welcome an experienced Assistant Director to our team at OAC Seaforth. This role takes responsibility for supporting the Campus Director to deliver operational service and quality to our children, team members and families. The Assistant Director will lead the team in day to day operations ensuring that Campus Quality Framework and WH&S requirements are met. As an Assistant Director, you will spend time on the floor supporting the team, with dedicated time off the floor to support the Campus Director. Rates: $36.81 - $38.01 dependent on experience About The Role:
Be a positive role model through coaching and mentoring team members
Ensure every child is able to engage with educators through meaningful & open interactions
Ensure ongoing, professional and timely communication between the campus and families
Ensure the campus is safe for our children, team, families and visitors
Provide childcare services that comply with the national regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF), and support the Early Years Learning Framework

Diploma/Adv Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
Working with Children Check
