About us:
Sunset Ridge is a newly established 30-bed interim care facility, catering for people who no longer require care in an acute hospital setting or are unable to return to their own home and need support to progress to a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) or transition to the community with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) supports.
About the role:
To provide Sunset Ridge with effective and efficient Administrative Support, while managing a variety of tasks aimed at preparation and completion client documentation and administrative duties, including reporting, patient chart auditing, transport of patient records as required.
Being a client focused role, the responsibility of the Administration Support Officer is to be multi-skilled in a variety administration tasks to ensure business requirements of service and workload allocation is prioritised effectively and responsibly to guarantee efficient support for clients.
About you:
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to work autonomously in a self-directed manner while contributing to patient flow.
- Well-developed administrative skills to provide an administrative support function to a multidisciplinary team within a hospital environment.
- Proven ability to act as an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high quality services to clients.
What we offer:Salary information:
Total remuneration value of up to $48,828 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $38.81 - $43.16 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
