Your new role This role will suit someone with a mix of focus, analytical skills and a genuine willingness to help. You enjoy getting involved in helping clients achieve their financial and personal goals, are able to work autonomously and are able to accept responsibility for timelines and results. You also understand getting the right outcome means occasionally working passed normal office hours. The role will include:
reception and data entry
managing customer enquiry from existing customers, relating to loan accounts
providing excellent service to meet the banking requirements of our customers.
Liaising with lenders, solicitors, accountants and real estate agents.
Learning loan application processes.
Remuneration includes base salary plus office bonus on targets.
