What you'll be responsible for

• Carry out various administrative tasks for the site
  
• Creating billing documents and generating invoices (SAP)
  
• Generating, managing and maintaining purchase orders
  
• Assist in the management of shared inbox and shared tasks
  
• Maintain relevant business filing and systems/ electronic file management
  

What you'll need to be successful

• General Administration experience
  
• G-Suite and SAP desirable
  
• Data entry experience
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication
