Sales Executive

JOB SUMMARY
PBS Technologies (Trinidad) Limited is seeking a highly energetic and dynamic individual for the role of Account Executive. This is a Sales driven role and the ideal candidate must be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the customer experience.


Successful candidates must have a proven track record of being able to recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. Account Executives will be required to communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for achieving set sales quotas and targets
  • Presents and demonstrates the value of our products and services to customers, including responses to RFPs and RFQs
  • Provides support for clients by learning, understanding, and satisfying their needs.
  • Consistently follows up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure client needs are being met.
  • Assists in development and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) sales strategies by target industry
  • Stays up to day on Company offerings and industry trends.
  • Develop and manage opportunities in line with the Company’s CRM requirements
  • Manage Client accounts and collection of payments
  • Builds long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external clients and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Collaborates with internal resources to resolve client challenges and complaints


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Sales/ Pre Sales Environment
  • Experience in IT Sales/IT Industry would be considered an asset
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of IT Industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal skill, including strong influencing skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Being organized and Strong time management skills.
  • Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
  • Having the ability to prioritize tasks as well as multitasking
  • Have a good understanding of business processes
  • Working Vehicle and Valid Driver’s Permit
