Sales and Customer Service Representative (Remote - Healthcare Patient Coordinator)

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing cases effectively, and achieving sales and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calls: Conduct targeted outbound calls to potential and existing customers to educate, engage, and guide them through customer journey.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Case Management: Efficiently handle customer cases from initiation to aftercare, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Pipeline Management: Actively manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress from lead generation to closing sales.
  • Sales and Revenue Goals: Meet or exceed specified sales and revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Utilize the CRM system for accurate documentation and record-keeping of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes.
  • Customer Reviews and Referrals: Encourage satisfied customers to provide reviews and referrals, expanding our customer base and enhancing our reputation.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
