1. Position:Team Lead
(Location: Can Tho)
Job Description
Day-to-day/ Counseling
1. To ensure a proper counselling and conversion system is in place;
2. To document acceptance report;
3. To document monthly report;
4. To achieve set targets and increase student recruitment numbers;
5. To coordinates the implementation of marketing strategies and plans in discussion with
Regional Director / Country Director;
6. To be a liaison person with institution Admission team;
7. To counsel and assist students to make best-informed decision;
8. To follow up on student enquiries
Operations
1. To compile and provide a monthly report to Regional Director and Country Director;
2. To ensure all offices are operated consistently to the AUG culture;
3. To ensure the office targets are met;
4. To ensure the office is operated in a commercially viable manner;
5. To ensure submission of all reports are on-time;
6. To troubleshoot all offices issues (ie, daily operations, application, students, institution, supplier);
7. To introduce and implement effective use of various form
Coaching/ Training
1. To conduct regular team meetings;
2. To maintain discipline and professionalism among team;
3. To motivate team members;
4. To update team on AUG’s development/ events/ activities;
5. To update team on product knowledge;
6. To develop and maintain AUG’s Counsellor Guide
Human Resource
1. To conduct staff confirmation, periodic review and annual appraisal;
2. To conduct orientation and training activities for staff so that product knowledge and
counselling techniques are always consistent and up to date;
3. To approved all time-in-lieu, allowance and overtime claims;
4. To responsible of staff development of respective Office;
5. To coordinate movement and recruitment activities of staff;
6. To ensure staff discipline and professionalism is upkeep at all times
Repair and Maintenance
1. To liaison with tenant;
2. To maintain a professional look of the office at all times;
3. To maintain all office assets;
4. To maintain an updated record of suppliers;
5. To propose purchase/ upgrade of office assets to Regional Director
Finance
1. To forward all bills on time to Finance department;
2. To handles office petty cash;
3. To responsible of increase profitability of office;
4. To maintain and control office expenses budget
Accommodation
1. To coordinate IN/OUT of company’s accommodation
2. To manage company’s accommodation (ie, repair and maintenance)
