Logistic within factory is of the key player to support all production departments. It starts with receiving of material, storage of material in the warehouses, supplying production lines and loading the finished products which goes to distribution center. Senior Warehouse Manager leads the Logistic within the factory to fulfil the planned goals while simultaneously complying with the principles of quality and work safety.

Core Responsibilities:
Manages a team of Warehouse Shift Leaders and Logistic specialists.
Is responsible for Warehouse operations to constantly deliver S, Q, D, C, P (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People) and related KPIs.
Reporting WH KPIs to factory LT huddle.
As a role model support others by leading with example, support team culture and cohesion through role modelling.
Is responsible for smooth flow of production and non production material across the factory based on the demand and needs.
Ensures all corporate strategy and plan alignment goals are met.
Leadership, motivation and development of entire team.
Process and performance management of daily operations.
Responsible to react on demand and ensure timely recruitment to the WH team.
Disciplined implementation of basic PPC processes: PRP, PMP, IDP.
Responsible for attendance compliance in the system.
Proactively communicate with stakeholders to create and maintain great collaboration.
Using data analyses to improve processes, daily operation and KPIs.
Executing process confirmations to keep the high performance of the WH team.
Leads safety and 5S inspections within the department to strive the compliance.
Using Continues Improvement tools to improve and sustain WH operations.
Follows escalation procedures.
Do you have what it takes?
College or University degree.
At least 5 years experience in Warehousing - Logistic.
At least 3 years as people leader (preferably leading leaders).
Advanced proficiency in English - C1 written as well as spoken.
Strong in communication and negotiation, great organizational skills.
Demonstrates very strong moral compass, high ethics standards. Is self-aware and capable of self-control.

Traveling – aprox. 45 days per Year.
Prefer to have working experience in 24x7 warehouse.
Familiar with forklift loading/unloading activities and Inbound / Outbound logistics.
Experience working with SAP.
Power BI and other reporting apps knowledge.
