Senior Renewables Project Coordinator
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in facilitating the successful execution of rooftop solar and energy-related projects with the existing tenants of DEEP C. You will leverage your knowledge and project coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders from customers to internal departments as well as external partners, contractors, authorities, etc., to achieve successful delivery of investment projects and effective operation of renewable energy assets.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, customers and project partners;
- Facilitate communication and information exchange between internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects objectives;
- Collaborate with department’s head and other stakeholders to develop project plans, budget, and schedules;
- Coordinate and execute investment projects, oversee the full process of project implementation, including customers engagement, permitting, tendering and procurement, contractor coordination, installation and commissioning to reach investment targets and ensuring alignment with projects objectives;
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate issues;
- Lead the permitting process, prepare and submit permit applications, supporting documentation, engaging with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals for the projects, from investment licenses, fire-fighting approvals, environmental assessments to construction permits, power operation permits, etc.;
- Navigate regulatory frameworks and requirements in terms of investment, construction, energy and renewable energy fields;
- Support the Operations function and coordinate with other departments as required to ensure the effective power generation of operational renewable energy assets;
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Mentor junior staff members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.

- Degree in business management, engineering or related fields;
- 05 - 07 years of experience in project coordination or management, with a focus on obtaining permits and licenses from regulatory authorities;
- Knowledge on renewable energy technologies, engineering and development environment is strongly preferred;
- Strong command of English;
- Can-do attitude. Proactive, willing to contribute and to achieve common goals as well as personal growth;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders;
