MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Develop and implement comprehensive Destination Marketing Plan & Budget management aligned with business objectives;

2. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty;

3. Plan, execute and manage multi channels marketing campaigns, including Digital, Social Media, Email, and traditional media. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve the outcomes;

4. Be responsibe for the creation of compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, website content, and email newsletters. Ensure all content aligns with brand and messaging and voice;

5. Conduct Market Research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends. Analyse competitor activities and market conditions to brainstorm new & creative marketing strategy;

6. Manage online marketing which are including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and display advertising campaigns;

7. Use analytics tools to track and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns;

8. Monitor expenditures and return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities;

9. Work closely with sales & marketing from different internal departments and external units to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives;

10. Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as advertising/media agencies, vendors, businesses;

11. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Set clear goals and expectations and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations (KPI);

12. Coordinate with internal Business Units in term of the co-promotion program, events and others;

13. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and submit to Director of Property Sales;

14. Other tasks and responsibilities are assigned by Director of Property Sales or upper division.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
1. BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field;

2. Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting;

3. Proficient with marketing-related software programs;

4. A history of planning successful product launches and events;

5. Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients;

6. Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives;

7. Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts;

8. Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services;
