Dobla is the producer of chocolate decorations for cakes and desserts. We work together with world's best pastry chefs to give the pastry business that incitement over and over again. This way we develop creative, innovative, unique chocolate decorations.

We sell our products world-wide and following are our clients:
- Pastry shops and bakeries
- Hotels, restaurants and foodservices
- Dessert- cake- and pastry manufacturers
- Supermarkets and other retail shops
Organization:
Dobla operates in three distinctive business units:
+ Asia Pacific.
+ Europe, Middle East and South America.
+ North America.
Each business unit has its own logistics center. Vietnam is the place where all hand-craft products are produced and supplied worldwide.
JD: Sales Service Representative (Chinese speaking)
- Job Description:
- Sales Service Representative will be working within Sales & Marketing division, being generally responsible for all the commercial & Sales operational activities within the assigned countries/territory.
- In close cooperation with the account managers, Sales Service represent Dobla, being the first contact point for customers and prospects, also the central point within the company.
- What you will do?
- + Provide daily support to key accounts, customers, and prospects, in coordination with area account managers.
- + Perform/ Execute the Order to Delivery process, which included but not limited to the following, and ensure that orders are executed properly.
- + Order entry.
- + Following up the execution of the orders
- + Logistics handling of orders.
- + Samples coordination.
- + Act as a key connector between customers and Marketing & Innovation, Supply Chain to ensure the orders meet the timely delivery.
- + Initiate, if possible, any possible project that is beneficial and follow up.
- + Initiate contact and correspond with customers addressing pre-sales issues through emails & phone calls.
- + Upsell and cross-sell products.
- + Handle and follow up complaints from customer.
- Job Requirement:
- + A person with excellent ability of spoken and written Chinese - HSK4 certificate or higher.
- (this is a must) who can handle multi tasks and resist stress.
- + Willingness to learn and “can do” attitude.
- + A keen eye on details.
- + Knowledge about Sales and Marketing/ International Trade/ Order to Delivery process is a plus.
- + Fresh graduates with excellent Chinese skills are welcome.
