MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Carry out check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
- Providing information, tour services, restaurants.
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail.
- Resolve customer questions and complaints.
- Other tasks as assigned by the department head.
- Working in professional environment.
- Competitive salary.
- Contriubute in social insurance after probation.
- Service charge from starting date.
- Accommodation with 3 meals/day.
- Other allownance as policy company.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in Hotel, resort 4* 5*
- Agile, hardworking, active, with a spirit of trying and learning.
- Speaking: English, Chinese or Korean is requirement.
- Good ethics, honest, responsible for work.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience serving foreign guests.
