MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1.Receptionist:
Welcoming Guests: Greeting guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.

Check-in and Check-out: Managing guest arrivals and departures efficiently, including handling reservations, issuing room keys, and processing payments.

Customer Service: Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.

Communication: Liaising with other hotel departments to coordinate guest requests and ensure smooth operations.

Administrative Duties: Handling phone calls, emails, and maintaining guest records accurately.

2. Bellman:
Luggage Assistance: Assisting guests with transporting luggage to and from their rooms upon check-in and check-out.

Storage and Retrieval: Safely storing guest luggage and ensuring proper retrieval upon request.

Coordination: Communicating effectively with the front desk and bell staff to ensure timely delivery and pickup of luggage.

Guest Assistance: Offering assistance with other guest belongings and ensuring a helpful and courteous attitude at all times.
