- Organizing the implementation of quality control and meet customer's requirement
- Managing all internal and external regulation/standard related to technique
- Participating in the operator skill training and confirmation
- Organizing the implementation of quality control and co-ordinating with functions for the improvement in the production process
- Identify and recommend training needs for subordinates
- Managing machine, testing and measurement equipment
- Preparation customer’s requirement for the audit, check

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (priority electrical major)
- At least 3 years of experience in controlling quality (Experience in the position of QA Supervisor is preferred)
- Ability to communicate and make report in English
- Good in using Microsoft Office
- 5 Core Tools - 7 Quality Tools - 8D Report and PDCA is a plus
- QMS - IATF16949 Certificate and Internal auditor is a plus
- Reporting skill, Solving problem skill
