Job Description
1. Develop and refine processes and regulations related to the company's ISO management system, ensuring they meet certified quality standards and are continuously improved.
2. Handle reports on system non-conformities, and track the effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures.
3. Guarantee that the company's products and services comply with ISO standards.
4. Oversee the company's production processes to ensure they adhere to ISO standards.
5. Prepare essential documents and reports for assessments. Assist various departments in updating ISO documents to create standardized production process documentation. Ensure documents are prepared on schedule and meet required standards
6. Manage 4 M
7. work with related department to handle and make customer complaint report
8. Other tasks given by superior.

Yêucầu
Requirements
· Graduated from university or college
· Good Chinese or English (prefer Chinese)
· Have at least 4 years experience in ISO and QA in fast pace manufacturing company
