Job Functions:

Job Functions:
- Support IT setup in terms of hardware, software, network, telephone, CCTV etc
- Maintain database of equipment and software.
- Support users for troubleshooting daily IT issues, proactively suggest to IT Manager solutions to fix future system/network issue or suggest systems/network upgrade with reasonable cost.
- Working with IT vendor in terms of warranty and maintenance IT devices, network infrastructure.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- College's degree or above in Electronic Information, Computer Science.
- Minumum 3+ years working experience in end user IT support.
- Hands-on experience for setting up LAN/WAN, network device, telephone and CCTV system.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and good team work
- Number of experienced year required: 3 years
- English level: Reading & Writing
