Mô Tả Công Việc - Welcome guest, prepare furniture/equipment for meeting. - Control hygiene, safety, health, 5S in Factory/office. - Manage clinic and resolve related issues. - Check, control and manage canteen, arrange meal for employees, avoiding the canteen shortage. - Check and control cleaning and security. - Translation/Interpreter. - Arrange the visa/passport/resident card/work permit/air ticket/vehicles for GD/Managers. - Control and plan for purchasing stationary, uniform, furniture/equipment, and office supply, ensure for the sufficient of supply for office/factory. - Support other administrative and HR tasks. - Other tasks if having requirements.
