Job Description
1.Make customs declaration for import shipment

Make customs declaration for import shipment from oversea
2.Make customs declaration for export shipment
Make customs declaration for export shipment from Branch of Moritex to oversea (MSZ, MTX, ….)
Make customs declaration for export shipment from Moritex to oversea (MSZ, MTX, ….)
3.Receive information, handle the related information to customer (MTX, MSZ) to re-export the repaired goods and inform to the related departments.
Receive information, handle the related information from Branch of MVN to customer (MTX, MSZ) to re-export the repaired goods and inform to the related departments.

4. Make customs declaration to temporary import for NG goods for repair
Make customs declaration to temporary import for NG goods for repair (Branch of MVN)

5.Make customs declaration to re-export the repaired goods to customer

6. Make documents to apply Certificate of origin for export shipment

7.Receive PO and reply the delivery plan to customer

8.Make finished goods quotation (Branch of MVN, MVN)
9.In charge all problems related Customs
10.Check and confirm monthly debit to Forwarder and hand over debit documents to accounting
11.Make report if any request
12.Make customs finalization report
