Job Description
1, Plan and execute the company's quality management process, quality management innovation.
2, Develop and improve the quality management system documents and responsible for their implementation and maintenance , to ensure product quality meeting customer needs.
3. Set the company's quality objectives and report its operational performance, organize internal quality audits and respond to internal, customer and third-party audits.
4, Manage and lead the team from QA, QC and ISO Compliance, aligning with the quality management strategy and business requirements to achieve operational excellence.
5, According to the company's quality management requirements, develop and implement quality indicators and index assessment mechanism, deploy down the objectives through the decomposition of indicators, to ensure the realization of quality objectives through close monitoring and continuous improvement.
6, Support product realization process (R&D/NPI, mass production, after-sales) through activities such as testing, troubleshooting and monitoring within the product manufacturing process flow, including but not limited to incoming materials, manufacturing process, shipment, after-sales process, to ensure stable production process quality.
7. Establish the quality early warning mechanism, and realize the pre-monitoring of the quality status through data collection, and statistical analysis of the quality information collected.
8. Regular review and improvement of departmental work result, audit and improvement of quality inspection tasks, excavation and improvement of on-site problems, and organization of cross-departmental quality improvement activities.
9. Take leadership in taking care of departmental staffs’ well-being, learning needs and self-development items in order to support their career development and advancement.
