FULL TIME

Set up and commission new machine installations at customer’s side
Understand client expectations and provide technical feedback and failure analysis from customer side to R&D and Engineering Department, provide aligned solutions to meet client satisfaction
To monitor and track major projects and perform technical presentations to customers if necessary
Able to answer technical question and provide recommendations or solutions for application of machines at customers’ sites
Monitor machine performance regularly and perform data mining and analysis to provide recommendations for improvement
Manage the machine performance data on key customer and drive for improvement before the issue being escalated
Works on problems of diverse scope where data analysis is required evaluation of identifiable factors
Requires working closely with R&D and PDE team for complex issue investigation and solution implementation
Develop knowledge-based repository for FAQs and documentation
Travelling would be needed to fulfil job responsibilities
Work overtime when needed or assigned to complete tasks or breakdown support
Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)/Computer Engineering/Physics/ Applied Science/ Mechatronics or equivalent engineering discipline
Applicants must be able to travel within Vietnam and SEA region, as per assigned by Superior
Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant filed
Experience in handle low and high UPH Die Sorting Platform with Vision Inspections
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, willing to learn and work hard
Able to work independently
Team player and ability to work within multiracial environment
Possess strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
Possess teamwork spirit and positive attitude
Good and positive work attitude, self-motivated with ability to work independently and in team environment
Semiconductor working experience in similar position is preferable
Must possess own transport
Microsoft Office, Excel & Power Point skills
Professional working proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
