MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Manage and update the hotel’s website content, ensuring it is accurate and engaging.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
• Oversee the integration and management of OTAs
• Performs updates on operating rates, including close, open, and restriction settings using a Channel Manager.
• Optimize rate parity across all booking platforms to ensure consistent pricing.
• Track and monitor OTA bookings to ensure that pricing is set up correctly and that gross revenue is accurate.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to remain competitive in the market.
• Support the development of execution of promotional offers and packages.
• Analyze the effectiveness of promotions/campaigns and provide suggestions if needed.
• Stay updated with the latest e Commerce trends, tools, and technologies in the hospitality industry.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Strong understanding of e Commerce and the hospitality industry
• Good knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing practices.
• Proficiency in using OTAs extranet, Channel Manager, and PMS systems.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Power Point and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple hotels simultaneously.
