PURPOSE/MISSION
To develop and maintain business relationship with key account customers to support adidas Vietnam in the achievement of its mission to maintain or become the leading sports brand in Vietnam
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Primary accountabilities:
- Maintain & develop good business relationship with all multibrand customers
- Maintain & develop good business relationship with monobrand customers
- Negotiate and reinforce adidas trade terms
- Giving contribution as expected by the management in developing business with key accounts
- Establishment of effective communication channels throughout the sales team and customer service
2. Secondary accountabilities
- Actively participate in the establishment of business strategy in achieving monthly target (additional 30% with new role)
- Overall responsibility for key accounts (addition of 2 key accounts)
- Provide input into budgets and forecasting
- Monitor & report customers and competitors activities and propose/ initiate/ take actions
Ensure customer compliance with trade agreements (i.e. trade terms)

PROFESIONAL BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE
- Functional: Preferably 3-4 years sales, ideally in KA
- Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG
- Leadership: With skills but no experience required
- Exposure: Sports, marketing, account marketing
EDUCATION
- University degree in Business with Marketing and Sales focus
