Your Mission as a Technical Project Manager (Games): You will be at the intersection of gaming, technology, and product management, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects in the i Gaming space. We need someone who understands the gaming culture, has experience in gamification, and knows how to manage community sentiment while being highly data-driven. Your role will involve end-to-end project management, driving product initiatives, and ensuring alignment with key metrics and KPIs.
You will be working on:
CSGORoll— the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP. Hype Drop— a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, Hype Drop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.
You will:
Manage the entire lifecycle of gaming-related projects, from initiation and planning to execution and release, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Apply gamification principles to both product features and community engagement strategies, enhancing user experience and driving retention.
Work closely with community managers to ensure that user sentiment is understood and addressed, incorporating feedback into product development and project management.
Use metrics, KPIs, and analytics to inform project decisions, track performance, and continuously optimize product features and user experiences.
Collaborate with product teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage roadmaps based on market needs, user feedback, and strategic goals.
Act as the bridge between development, product, marketing, and community teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals.
Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings, using insights to guide product improvements and innovative project solutions.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and products, using data to drive continuous improvement and to report progress to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, implement best practices in agile project management and leverage data to enhance productivity and outcomes.
You will excel in this role if you possess:
3+ years of experience in project management within the gaming or i Gaming industry, with a deep understanding of community dynamics and user expectations.
Familiar with integrating gamification strategies to enhance user engagement and retention, both in products and community management.
Experience in product management, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and managing product life cycles based on data and user feedback.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, track KPIs, and use metrics to guide decision-making.
Ability to manage and align community engagement strategies with product development, ensuring user sentiment is reflected in product features and updates.
Proficient in agile methodologies, with experience managing sprints, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and align multiple stakeholders toward shared objectives while maintaining clear communication.
It would be advantageous if you possess:
Knowledge of i Gaming trends, including virtual items, rewards systems, and community-driven product features.
Credentials like PMP, CAPM, CSM, or Certified Product Manager (CPM) are a plus.
Proficiency with Tableau and other analytics platforms to track user behavior and product performance.
Understanding of how to manage and engage with gaming communities to drive positive sentiment and user loyalty.
