Team at Voxy
You will be the customer-facing expert on Voxy's technical solutions for enterprise customers. You'll play a critical role at the intersection of Voxy's Go-to-Market and Technology organizations to ensure that our customers can successfully integrate with their existing tools and workflows to effectively run their language training programs at scale. You'll have experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders and be fluent in security compliance

What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand prospects' security and integration needs, deliver technical demonstrations, and design solutions to meet program-specific needs.
- Manage a database of RFP responses and own the completion of technical responses and coordination between Sales and Engineering.
- In partnership with Customer Success, work directly with customers to implement solutions including API and SSO products.
- Serve as the first resource for customer IT teams to ensure that learners can access our full tech stack (including email deliverability and videoconferencing) from inside their corporate environments.
- Interface with the customer to configure and verify secure authentication.
- Collaborate with Product Support and Customer Success to maintain documentation and integration guides
- Contribute to bug triage and issue intake to respond to product questions, clarify technical specifications and requirements, and diagnose issues using data analysis and logging tools
- Serve as the primary business stakeholder for future product development in API and SSO features, identifying gaps in our product offering as you work with customers
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineer or similar technical role
- You have directly supported customers to develop customized technical solutions with API products.
- You understand identity management and have worked with the most popular protocols like SAML, OIDC, and possibly LTI.
- You have experience in RFP security compliance and pre-sales support.
- You aren't afraid to dig into the technical docs or manually test internal and external products to figure out how they work.
- You are fully proficient in English and Spanish can provide professional support in writing and over video calls.
What Would Be Nice to Have
- You have experience administering a corporate identity product like Okta or Active Directory
- You are proficient in SQL
- You can work professionally in Portuguese
