Job Description & Summary

You’ll help our local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.
Como Senior, trabajarás en:

• Llevar adelante el proceso de evaluación de desempeño de las lineas a su cargo.

• Partner del negocio a su cargo.

• Mentoreo|Coaching al staff .

• Proyectos de alineación e integración con US.

• Change Management.

• Proyectos de Mejora.

• Gestion diaria del staff , consultas y acompañamiento.

• Analizar reportes, dashboards.

• Llevar adelante programas, iniciativas relacionadas con L&D.

• Proceso de Off boarding y retentions plans.

• Buscamos estudiantes avanzados y/o graduados de las carreras de Recursos Humanos, Psicología y Administración de Empresas.

• Excel nivel avanzado (excluyente)

• Inglés nivel avanzado (excluyente)
