Interact with and guide employees within our South Latam market via inbound calls, live chats, and other platforms to answer all inquiries using HR knowledge and expertise
Perform research as needed to fully resolve inquiries
Maintain the confidentiality of all information, protect the assets of the Company, report non-compliance and adhere to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures
Open-door policy for employees to speak on employee relations matters
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Nurture a positive working environment
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Provide suggestions on the enhancements of our guidelines, procedures, or policies that impact our employees
Identifies and tracks laws and regulations that might affect the organization’s policies, practices, and procedures.
Coordinating and support on employee notifications and trainings as required by State labor requirements. This includes reviewing appropriate training materials and modules to meet organization and compliance needs
Support and research legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees in an effort to contribute to minimize risk and regulatory compliance
Support internal audits
Internal payroll supervision
Key requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of Human Resources experience
Customer service focused, have a passion for process improvement, be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; specifically, Word, Power Point and Excel
Be a self-starter, have a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform well in a face paced environment
Strong time management, critical thinking and organizational skills
Superior communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information

Hybrid/remote – Candidate will be required to attend our office in person 2-3 days a week
