Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with and guide employees within our South Latam market via inbound calls, live chats, and other platforms to answer all inquiries using HR knowledge and expertise
- Perform research as needed to fully resolve inquiries
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information, protect the assets of the Company, report non-compliance and adhere to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures
- Open-door policy for employees to speak on employee relations matters
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Provide suggestions on the enhancements of our guidelines, procedures, or policies that impact our employees
- Identifies and tracks laws and regulations that might affect the organization’s policies, practices, and procedures.
- Coordinating and support on employee notifications and trainings as required by State labor requirements. This includes reviewing appropriate training materials and modules to meet organization and compliance needs
- Support and research legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees in an effort to contribute to minimize risk and regulatory compliance
- Support internal audits
- Internal payroll supervision
Key requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of Human Resources experience
- Customer service focused, have a passion for process improvement, be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; specifically, Word, Power Point and Excel
- Be a self-starter, have a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform well in a face paced environment
- Strong time management, critical thinking and organizational skills
- Superior communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information

Work Location:
- Hybrid/remote – Candidate will be required to attend our office in person 2-3 days a week
