What the day will look like
This role will have a variety of interactions with the People Org, managers, and colleagues including responding to queries related to People Org policies and processes. The People Matters Consultant operates independently, but as part of a centralized team, ensuring Ethics Point is updated and maintained.
You will regularly interact with People Partners, General Counsel, Employment Law, Compliance, Finance, and many other interdependent functions to resolve appropriate course of action and bring issues to closure.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (+ 3 years)
- Experience conducting workplace investigations, mentoring employees including managers on People Org policy and processes, handling case management and conflict resolutions
- Knowledgeable on employee relations standard processes
- Knowledgeable on employment laws and HR trends
- HR process improvement project experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advaced English
