About The Role As Oral Care Consultant Supervisor for Uruguayareayou will be responsible for building up and strengthening the scientific image of Colgate with practicing dental professionals and building trusting, long-term partnerships with them. Also builds and motivates the OCC team to implement plans effectively and flawlessly. This position is responsible for driving recommendations and personal usage of consumer and professional oral health products by dental professionals.
What You Will Do
Supervise, lead, coach the Oral Care Consultants team, ensuring the effective implementation of the key performance indicators and the efficient development of scientific presentation and communication skills
Leads the local detailing team to communicate Colgate products to dental professionals in order to generate active professional recommendation and claims (BRMO)
Apply the Triple Win or PES methodology (sales skills) to effectively communicate products, technologies and science to influence dentists and their staff to generate demand
Build long-term relationships and lasting strategic alliances with academic institutions, public health, dental associations and dental leaders
Use tools and analyze data based on C4C to optimize coverage and frequency of detailed visits
Control and optimize sampling, coupon discounts and detailing materials with the OCCs force
Ensure the correct implementation of the Bright Smiles Bright Futures program in the country
Local coordination of congresses and events with the dental professionals
What You Need (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Chemical Pharmaceutical Biologist, Administration, Marketing or Social Communication
Minimum 3 years in similar commercial supervising positions
People management experience
Analytical and problem solving skills, along with reporting creation and tracking, together with the ability to predict and/or respond to immediate professional oral care situations
Key Performance Indicators management
Effective Communication, partnership and other interpersonal skills
Intermediate English Level
Prior experience as a detailer in a dental, pharmaceutical or other related health care industry desirable
Previous experience working with dental or pharmaceutical distributors a plus
