Main Purpose
Integrate the Business Support team for retail activities in the region.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- University Degree or advanced student of International Business, Business Administration or similar.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in similar position preferably in logistics.
- Experience in Customer Relation Management Systems (CRM System) preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service Oriented.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Team player
Key Responsibilities
- Point of contact for customers.
- Maintain all system information updated.
- Process all vendor invoices received on timely manner.
- Manage the invoicing process with clients.
- Receive inbound calls from customers regarding orders and invoices.
- Outbound calls for payments slippage, customer control.
- Process invoices from finished WOs for Assistance and Maintenance.
- Generate weekly and monthly invoicing reports, both from internal and external transactions.
- Perform clerical duties of moderate complexity and scope in support of the accounting function.
