Our Opportunity We are looking for a new Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. This role is to drive continuous improvement and support performance management in the Area CX & Execution across the assigned business area (Ocean, SCM, 4PL, LCL, Landside or Customs). This includes anchoring and facilitating project prioritization as well as ensuring readiness in support of CX Leaders and their teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the acceptance and application of global standards in local CX & Execution teams.
Open and constructive challenge of standardization practice that facilitates customer quality and increase efficiency.
Support the CX Manager on defining local metrics to the global KPIs and ensure performance management cycles are in place and followed up across CX & Execution teams.
Coordinate and review all functional excellence activities and develop change management strategies to ensure successful implementation and adoption of changes.
Promote continuous improvement mindset in the CX & Execution teams in coordination with GSC Supporting teams via application of LEAN techniques/tools.

Bachelor degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade or similar.
Experience in Logistics/Supply C hain and Project Management.
Be fluent in spoken and written English language.
