Team Description
The Enablement and Customer Training team are looking for a Product Trainer and Course Developer. The responsibilities include working with subject matter experts to define training and then using industry standard tools to create engaging and compelling training for customers and Sabre teams. You will work across a range of projects, collaborating with teams including Product, Marketing and Sales.
Role and Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain instructional content including e-learning courses, training videos, instructor and student guides, job aids, assessments, etc.
Analyze, update and refine existing training materials.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content across the organization
Maintain content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Advanced English level both verbal and written
2+ years + experience developing self-paced e-learning curriculums, storyboards, job aids, online tutorials and assessments using adult learning principles
2+ years using Learning Management Systems such as Litmos, Net Exam, Cornerstone or similar.
Proficient in graphic and content design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and similar
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Project management skills
Microsoft Office proficient
