As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Pw C Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Skills and Experience:

Strong command of database query languages, including SQL, Postgres, and Mongo DB.
Familiarity with development methodologies and release lifecycles.
Proficiency in scripting languages, preferably Power Shell and Bash.
Experience with Azure Dev Ops for release management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with agile development practices is a plus.
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is beneficial.

Roll tasks :
Provide support to L2 & customer users on issues, as well as global teams regarding environment health.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.
Develop procedures and SOPs to support environments, leveraging global teams and L2 resources.
Enhance common processes and support procedures through scripts, automations, and guiding development teams.
Support releases of new versions and building new environments.
Proactively monitor environments using monitoring solutions and address issues.
Analyze logs and metrics using Splunk to identify and resolve potential issues.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree or advanced students in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
