Xactimate Certified Estimator

About Us: Reroof America is a leading provider of roofing solutions dedicated to exceptional service and high-quality results. Our mission is to offer innovative roofing solutions with a customer-first approach. We are currently seeking a skilled Xactimate Certified Estimator to join our dynamic team. This position can be performed remotely or from our corporate office in Edmond, OK.
Position Overview: As an Xactimate Certified Estimator at Reroof America, you will play a crucial role in the estimating and project management process. You will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed estimates using Xactimate software, collaborating with clients, and ensuring that all estimates align with our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Xactimate software to prepare detailed and accurate estimates for roofing restoration projects.
Review and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to provide precise estimates.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and clarify project requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure estimates are comprehensive and aligned with project goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to estimating and roofing.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimating process.

Qualifications:

Xactimate Certification is required.
Proven experience in estimating for roofing or related construction projects.
Strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using Xactimate software and other relevant tools.
