Your Role:
Client Impact: Manage a caseload of 6–10 clients, delivering 26-27 billable hours a week. You’ll assess, design, and oversee behavior intervention plans while keeping data organized in our user-friendly system.
Supervise & Support: Train and oversee RBTs and BTs, making sure they’re confident and successful in implementing programs. We do in-house RBT training, so you’ll be a key mentor!
Parent Partnership: Run engaging monthly training sessions for parents, empowering them to play an active role in their child’s progress.
Top-Notch Documentation: Timely POC submissions (45 days early) and organized data management are a must—and we’ve got the tools to make it easy.
Autonomy: Manage your own schedule using our simple Google Coordinator system. You’ll have flexibility but also the resources you need to succeed.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
Certification: BCBA certified and eligible for NC licensure (or already licensed).
Education: Master’s in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in a clinical setting preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply if you’re motivated and ready to grow!
Skills: Analytical thinker, great communicator, and a natural leader. Bonus if you’re familiar with Central Reach!
