At LEM, we're here to guide you and help keep you processing for years to come. **Job Title: Wholesale Customer Service Representative I** 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday through Friday) - Onsite **Company:** LEM Products **Job Summary:** The Wholesale CSR I is responsible for new dealer setup and ongoing account maintenance, product and image asset distribution, accurate and timely order entry for key account(s), accounting review and reconciliation, creation of invoices, sales support, and by providing quick, knowledgeable and friendly assistance when addressing customers and dealers questions or concerns regarding shipments; as well as enforcing the MAP program. **Responsibilities:**
Assists customers and dealers by processing orders, answering questions regarding product usage and warranties and provides order information; receives orders via fax, mail, e-mail and internet portal and processes order entries in a timely manner.
Compiles and submits appropriate marketing materials and catalogs to customer and dealers.
Supplies and updates product details/images to customers.
Sets-up new prospects/new dealers; determines and sends out applicable information for prospects. Receives trade references, submits to accounting for review and verification and schedules appropriate follow up.
Collects dealer data to determine appropriate dealer class and identifies appropriate materials to be sent; verifies and ensures customer information is accurate in company systems.
Verifies processed orders and shipping methods with the warehouse and supplies client with the tracking information and invoice.
Review order/shipment detail to aid accounting in payment reconciliation.
Assists in executing wholesales sales initiative.
Enforces Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) program; researches dealer violations and identifies contact information to link unlinked violators. Identifies new opportunities to expand and enforce the MAP program.
Performs a variety of general administrative duties including preparing correspondence, updating various lists/reports, performs data entry functions, copies, scans and faxes documents.
**Qualifications:**
Experience: Minimum of two years office or call center environment experience required. Prior shipping experience, reporting, order entry, distribution and sales support experience preferred.
Reasoning Development: Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables.
Mathematical Development: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.
Language Development: Ability to read product manuals and reports, workplace rules and procedures; speak with poise and confidence, using correct English.
Licensures & Certifications: Microsoft Office Certification preferred.
Education: High School Diploma required, Business degree preferred.
