Job Family Definition:
Defines high-impact, long-term warehouse and logistics strategies at the global, regional and operational level. Establishes and manages cross-functional, cross-regional teams to design and implement warehousing and logistics strategies. Manages warehouse and Logistics programs which translate performance requirements into business processes, implementing Logistics capabilities into the company's business systems. Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement across the logistics network. Partners with management and the extended organization to identify operational inefficiencies and new business opportunities. Develops recommendations based on benchmarking, financial results and statistical data. Communicates strategic direction to the organization.

Documents key warehouse processes and requirements.

Defines performance metrics for warehouse processes.

Establishes governance structures to ensure actual performance meets requirements.

Drives continuous improvement efforts.

Independently structures analytical approaches and develops project strategies by applying advanced, in-depth warehouse and Logistics knowledge.

Interprets data to create new processes, strategies, and tools to be used for warehouse and logistics business objectives.

Leads large, cross- functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.
-
Owns complex strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.

Consults with business executives on a wide range of high-level logistics issues, including risk management and process improvement opportunities.

Creates new frameworks for warehousing and delivery and contributes to tools, templates, and intellectual capital.
Education and Experience Required:
-
First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.

Typically 10+ years of experience in a supply chain/Logistics function.

Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English language.

FTC knowledge (nice to have).

Warehouse processes experience.
