Warehouse Manager with Sales Expertise

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager with a strong background in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only oversee warehouse operations but also contribute significantly to increasing sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- **Drive Sales Growth:** Strategically increase the corporation’s sales by leveraging warehouse resources, building relationships with new and existing clients, and identifying sales opportunities.
- **Customer Relations:** Provide exceptional service, engaging directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Online Auctions:** Create and manage online auctions to move inventory effectively, maximizing visibility and revenue through platforms like e Bay or other auction sites.
- **Social Media & Marketing Collaboration:** Work closely with the IT department to enhance our online presence, focusing on Google, Instagram, and Facebook to promote products and engage with our target audience.
- **Physical Inventory Management:** Occasionally handle goods, assisting in the transportation and organization of inventory as needed.
- **Warehouse Design:** Organize and design the layout of the warehouse to improve efficiency, accessibility, and space utilization.
- **Answering Phone Inquiries:** Respond to incoming calls, addressing customer questions and providing product information in a friendly and professional manner.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within a warehouse or related environment.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency with online platforms and social media to support marketing efforts.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
