Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently. The ideal candidate will have forklift and trucking experience, with proven leadership skills to effectively manage a dynamic team in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and inventory control measures.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics activities and meet customer requirements.
Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
