Position Summary Quadient is accelerating e-commerce revenue across our software and hardware solutions for B2B. We are creating this new team in order to drive more focus and growth from our online business. Starting from a predictable e-commerce business for our hardware business, we want to increase overall volume, improve customer experience and start selling our financial automation solutions via an online sales motion on a global scale. The core responsibility of this role is to own the revenue and manage the opex required to drive and grow a profitable digital sales business for any target segments and personas that prefer to procure Quadient Mail or Digital solutions online. We are looking for an experienced, global e-commerce leader who has a strong digital marketing background. This role will focus on driving demand to our e-shop and optimize conversion performance. Working in close collaboration with our product teams to ensure our products allow for self-service onboarding, as well as optimizing merchandising and promotions to drive towards quarterly revenue targets will be core responsibilities for this role. The core aspects of the role will be sizing the opportunity, defining an effective acquisition strategy, building a conversion optimized digital experience and ensure the front end is integrated with our back end systems. The positions requires a true business owner who manages the business outcomes, strategy as well as a small direct team to execute the plan, as well as works with internal teams in IT and product to ensure systems integrations, product and pricing strategy are aligned with our overall Digital sales plan. The global nature of this role requires international management skills, cultural awareness and understanding of how to effectively localize offers and promotions to fit the needs of local markets. Since this role will be accountable for the profitability of our online business this leader will be required to have strong business acumen, fluency in analyzing financial data and being used to forecast and manage towards quarterly targets from a top and bottom line. Full accountability in terms of business results (revenue and opex)
Owning the go to market plan as well as the execution
Creating momentum and leadership around Online Sales within Quadient
Building the platform in collaboration with IT and Martech
Generating Demand on the platform
Optimizing site conversions
Creating an on-boarding and post sale experience that minimizes churn
Financial and business acumen
Forecasting of quarterly business results
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Proven success to drive online sales for either hardware or software products at global scale
Ability to build momentum across different teams
Deep understanding of digital marketing and ways to drive quality traffic
Deep understanding of high converting web properties
Understanding for how to drive full funnel activation that results in high converting traffic
Advanced understanding of digital marketing by leveraging a broad set of tactics
Problem solving and solution focused mindset

This position has a salary range of:
$224,000.00 - $336,000.00
