Veterinary Receptionist
Join our team as we're currently seeking a courteous individual with outstanding multitasking abilities to fill the role of Veterinary Receptionist at our esteemed small-animal veterinary hospital in Richmond, KY.
This position entails a variety of responsibilities including scheduling, coordinating medical procedures, managing phone inquiries, extending a warm welcome to clients and their pets, facilitating seamless communication, operating computer systems proficiently, maintaining meticulous records, and actively contributing to our professional and positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced multitasking skills, excellent interpersonal communication abilities, proficiency in system management, and a strong eye for organization and attention to detail.
Experience in reception, customer service, or hospitality is essential, while prior veterinary or medical office experience is encouraged but not mandatory. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a calm demeanor, adeptness in managing multiple tasks within a dynamic team environment, and a genuine compassion for our clients, pet patients, and colleagues.

Flexible, student-friendly schedule with full time & part time openings, working hours range from 7:30am-6:30pm. Some weekend availability is required, Saturday shifts are 7:30am-2pm.
Compensation is based on experience.

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
